Small Dog RETRACTABLE walking Leash. 9 ft. Brand new, without package - $5

I bought this at my Local PetCo and it was new in the packaging.

I cut open the package and tried to hook it onto my dog's collar and the leash opening is too small for his large collar loop.

The price was originally $12.99 but I got it on sale for $7.99 + Tax. Total I spent was almost $9. Asking $5.

Perfect if you have a small dog/ puppy with a small collar.

My dog is almost 45 pounds and has a "Large" collar so the loop for his collar is thick and can not fit.
